On Friday 27th August 2005, Ardoch Algonquin First Nation Member Andrew Mitchell graduated and became a second generation Peace Keeper within the Field of Policing.
Clayton Mitchell (Retired Detective Staff Sergeant from Metro Toronto Police Service) presented his son Andrew his badge as a newest member of the Ontario Provincial Police .
Constable Mitchell will be posted to the Caladon Detachment.
Chief Randy Cota was present and represented the Ardoch Algonquin First Nation and drummed at the Graduation to honor Andrew into the field of policing.
Congratulations Andrew, all the best. The Ardoch Algonquin Community is very proud of you!
