Letter from the Editor.
Summer is just around the corner! What a great winter we had. We are very grateful to the creator for saving us from floods and tornadoes that plague other parts of the world.
We would appreciate any help in order to keep up with the newsletter.

Recipes
Chicken Hurry
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup cold water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 envelope of onion soup mix
Arrange pieces in casserole. In a small bowl mix ketchup, water, brown sugar, and soup mix. Spoon over the top of the chicken. Cover with foil and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
Minted Potatoes and Veggies in foil
Peel potatoes, carrots and onion slice all 1/4 " thick. Place on foil and make a small parcel by pulling up the sides. Mix dressing as follows; 1/3 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup salad oil, 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp water, 1 tsp chopped mint (fresh or dried) and a dash of lemon juice. Pour over potatoes and veggies and seal parcel, bake for 1 hour at 325 F (use 3 tbsp dressing).

Only in Canada do we use the word "politics" to describe the process so well.."poli" in Latin meaning "many" and "tics" meaning "blood sucking creatures".
Only in Canada do they have drive-up ATM machines with Braille.
